I've always wanted to _______

I intend to make positive resolutions this year. Instead of the goals of eating healthier, walking more, or losing weight, I am setting goals of adding more veggies to meals, listening to a podcast once a day while walking my dog, and skiing 40 days.

Positive goals are what I find to be more achievable and honestly, more relatable. I have tried the drastic resolutions of changing my routine, and they never last... that has been my experience. What I believe is a more effective approach is taking things I already love and aligning them towards a goal. For example, I love listening to podcasts and walking my dog, so there is an easy win that removes the dread from progress.

This year is going to be wonderful, challenging, and full of love and hope. I am looking forward to time with family, time with nature, and time with myself.
